Service Fee
Corporate Leads, Inc. operates on a contingency fee basis. No fees are incurred
unless formal hiring takes place. Our recruitment agreements are normally based
on a flat fee or percentage of a candidate's starting salary. All hires normally carry a replacement guarantee.
Our goal is to build strong, lasting client relations; this is why
our fees remain below industry standards for services provided.
