Candidate Profile
Our client companies seek supervisors, technicians, and equipment operators who are able to indicate technical proficiency in their respective fields.
Supervisors normally have at least 5 years experience leading and supervising, and have achieved the rank and advancement expected of that time in service. Hands-on leadership and the ability to motivate personnel are key.
Technicians come from a wide range of experience: mechanic, diesel, hydraulic, power generation, electric, component-level electronic, and many other fields. Normally employers look for at least 3 years experience in a particular field, both in the military and prior to enlisting.
Equipment operators are needed for a variety of equipment - not only the trucks, cranes, and heavy equipment you might expect, but also electronic and communications equipment. Our clients seek radio operators, truck drivers, heavy equipment operators, and operators of many other types of equipment. Normally employers look for at least 2 years experience operating equipment, both in the military and prior to enlisting.
