We specialize in facilitating the transition of these military members to the civilian sector by identifying their qualifications and matching those talents with companies seeking leaders for career opportunities in management, operations, professional sales, engineering and information technology.

Candidate Profile

Our client companies seek and normally consider a JMO someone that has served as a Lieutenant or Captain for a period of three to ten years. Degreed Senior NCOs that we assist normally have served for a period of ten years to retirement and have reached the rank of E-7 in ten years or E-8 and above by retirement. Hands-on leadership and the ability to motivate personnel are key. Electronic/Maintenance Technicians that we assist must have maintained or exceeded pace with their peers in regard to promotions. Furthermore they must be able indicate technical proficiency in their respective fields.
